Children’s Pricing:
Children ages 7 and under receive 50% off all styles.
Clean Hair Policy:
Hair must be clean, dry, and free from any product or residue. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of services, in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.
No cash will be accepted:
All deposits/payments must be made via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Debit, or Credit.
Booking Policy:
All appointments must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
Deposit & Payment:
A deposit of 50% of your service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before services begin.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, 75% of your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel or miss your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded.
Extended Services:
For services that take 8 hours or more, you have the option to split the appointment into two sessions. For example, if your service takes 8 hours, you can book 4 hours on one day and 4 hours on another day within a 3-day window. The remaining balance is due at the start of the first session, and the same cancellation and refund policy applies to the total service cost.
